What if I'm not sure which tier I need?
Book a free 20-minute intro call and we'll tell you. Most tradespeople doing a single trade — plastering, electrics, plumbing, carpentry — fit Standard. If you run a building firm with subbies, it's Pro. If you're a sole trader doing one thing, Starter may be all you need.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You need to be able to open an app on your phone, speak into it, and copy and paste text. That's it. The plasterer who showed us this system is 59 years old and doesn't own a laptop. The setup is the complex bit — and we do that for you.
What does it cost to run the system ongoing?
The apps we use — Magicplan, Claude, ChatGPT, VioTrade, Zoho Invoice — all have fully functional free tiers. The ongoing cost is £0. We are not involved after the handover. There are no subscriptions to us, no retainer, no monthly fees. You own the system outright.
Can I update my prices myself when they change?
Yes — and we show you exactly how during the session. Your AI prompt is a text document. Changing a price is as simple as editing a number in a note. You don't need to contact us to do it.
What if I use different suppliers to the ones you know?
The system is built entirely around your suppliers. We don't use generic prices — we use the actual prices from your merchant accounts, with your actual trade discounts applied. That's the whole point of the intake interview.
How quickly can I be up and running?
Most customers have a working system within 3–4 days of first contact. Book the call, complete the session, receive your setup within 48 hours. By the end of the week you're quoting jobs in minutes.
